Nutrition and activity estimates

Calories, macros, serving sizes, food database results, barcode information, activity estimates, and other values can be incomplete, outdated, user-entered, or inaccurate. Verify important information independently when needed.

Goals and recommendations

The optional macro-goal calculator estimates BMR and maintenance calories from the information you enter, then applies general goal-based adjustments to suggest starting calorie and macro targets. These estimates can be wrong for an individual and are not individualized medical prescriptions. People with medical conditions, dietary restrictions, pregnancy, medication considerations, eating-disorder concerns, or other health needs should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before making significant changes. The automatic calculator is intended for adults age 18 or older.

Game stats are not health scores

STR, VIT, END, AGI, CHAOS, XP, levels, Gold, quests, and titles are game mechanics. They are not clinical measurements, medical assessments, or statements about a person's health, fitness, worth, or capability.
